hello. been such a busy week with swim lessons, playgroup, not eating enough, too little sleep and being grumpy. it’s a wonderful summer but there are still bumps in the road.
this week I downloaded Instagram and am SO IN LOVE!!!! I don’t seem to have a ton of cool and hip photos to capture, but I have really enjoyed giving our everyday photos a twist!!
here they are:
getting ready in the morning with my little man is always a challenge. rather than playing in his room he like to study me, climb onto the counter, play with my makeup and make getting ready that much harder. true story from the trenches of motherhood. 
the end result of full on makeup and hair. feeling pretty and accomplished.
playing outside and a funny story with the swing. ever since we had our playgroup over last friday my son has been obsessed with riding in his swing since he had a very hard time sharing the swing during playgroup. and every time he gets in the swing he goes through the list of friends that went on the swing. he is so silly and stubborn!!

pizza night!! pay day usually means a dinner out and that is wonderful!!
trash truck thursday. who needs breakfast!!! we skipped breakfast and went straight to waiting outside for the trash truck to come by. once it came by THEN we could have breakfast.
went to work on wednesday and I built a lego house. the white/green in the tall house, the yellow is flowers and the dirt is the brown in back. and the little boy who I was playing with added the guy lego man. I also learned how to play scrabble.

babysitting Mr. E and Captain I took a step back to take some ‘clear’ photos for Scavenger Hunt and took this pic of the sun. love how it came out!!

I was a single Mom for a long time with my DS... and to avoid the counter climbing...lol... I started getting up before him.. I like my getting ready time in peace...lol :) I loveeeeeeeeeee the photos! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
