Playgroup Adventures with Shutterfly

Hello and Happy Wednesday! I am back again to share with you my 2nd BIG project from 2011. This book is all about our Playgroup Adventures from 2011. The book is massive!! It comes it at a whopping 104 pages!! I am beyond thrilled to have this beautiful book bound and documented; we will treasure it forever!

I, again, used Becky Higgins page templates as the starting point for my pages. Another foundation piece was Echo Park Playground kit; I used that amazing kit for almost every page. I also used a ton of Ali Edwards brushes (can’t get enough of them!).

And here is the book all put together thanks to Shutterfly!! (PS I duplicated a page so I called Customer Service to ask if I could fix that and they NO problem!! I was so worried they would say no since it was my fault, but they said not to worry! I was completely relieved and in awe of their Customer Service.)

Backyard Fun with Shutterfly

I have written a few posts on how much I absolutely LOVE Shutterfly to document our lives and I am posting another Shutterfly project. This is 1 of 2 huge projects from 2011; the 1st was our playgroup adventures and the 2nd was our Backyard Fun book.

I used Becky Higgins page templates found at Jessica Sprague as my foundation for the pages. I then used a variety of kits, elements and Ali Edwards brushes to complete the pages.

And here is the BOOK!!! I was so proud of myself for finishing this BIG project! And I absolutely LOVE the story of our Backyard Fun. It’s a huge blessing in our life to have a big backyard that we love to play in.

Favorite photo this week is an 1-in-a-million shot of my son and I outside. I made the Children’s Museum collage using Picasa. The Hello Sweet Summer card is from This Kalil Life I absolutely LOVE her blog and she always the BEST freebies!! Have you seen her Halloween ones? Wow!

This week my friend and I continued our Kid Olympics with our two boys. My son also signed up for Preschool this week!!
