Hello! I wanted to share some BIG NEWS with everyone! I received an email on Tuesday from Scrapbook News and Review that EIGHT of my layouts will be PUBLISHED!! I am so thrilled!! I start screaming at the park and the other Mommies thought I was so silly, but were definitely proud of me!
Here is a screen shot of the email.

I also wanted to share THREE layouts using Inspired Blueprints sketches. I have always loved their sketches and they are one of my favorite places to go for sketches.
‘The first one is of my son and his friend riding the train. They both waited so patiently for this train ride; despite the fact it only lasted about 4 minutes.
I used Inspired Blueprints sketch #71.
I used Echo Park’s Boy collection for this layout. I also found the perfect home for the cardstock train stickers. I could have easily die cut some train cars, but I wanted to use these instead. I adhere all the cars to pop dots and then removed the adhesive with baby powder. I then added pop dots. I also die cut the large ‘train wheel’ in the background. I then just added some arrows to add to the movement of the layout and the theme of the train moving.

This next layout is a hilarious time my son and I had while shopping at Joann’s. I was looking for some St. Patrick’s Day decorations and I found this awesome hat that I couldn’t pass up. I put it on my son, snapped a picture and sent my Mom a text saying “I caught a leprechaun!’ She couldn’t stop laughing!
I used Inspired Blueprints sketch #65
I misted the layout with two colors and then inked the edges in two colors. I added half of a die cut paper and some flowers. AND the large yellow paper flower FINALLY found a home!! (Don’t you just love when old stash finds the perfect place and gets used!)

This last layout uses pictures from my son’s 2nd birthday party on 3-28. The photos are of my closest friend and I. I just love him to pieces! He drove over 3 hours just to celebrate the day!!
I used DCWV Celebration stack for this layout. I die cut the balloons and the different shapes. The buttons are from Little Red Cottage.

Thanks for looking!!
