Scavenger Hunt Sunday

Hello!! I am having a fabulous and productive weekend!! I hope that YOU are too! I have been working on my Project Life binder (Volume 3 of 4 yikes!) and cleaning the house. This is all thanks to my semi-cooperative son. Don’t we just love it when kids cooperate!! 

I am posting to share my photos for this week’s scavenger hunt. I feel like these items were tailor made or hand picked for ME!!! I LOVED every single one of the prompts!! I am always taking close ups, admiring majestic trees and finding textures! So here goes!

1.  Macro/Close Up

This is from the 20th, so its not really new but not completely old either. My son and I were sitting on the steps outside waiting for daddy, and I noticed a spider web sparkling due to the dew. 

2.  Found Texture

A beautiful and creative pumpkin carving. This is a close up of the face. Can’t you just feel the rough carrot and the bumpy coal?

And here is a SECOND texture. Our tree had a huge branch break off. Cant you just feel the sharp poky bark?

3.  Home

This is my life: my son and making him into a good person. This is just an ordinary day out in the backyard. 

4.  Cover

I know this a stretch but this is my sister’s pumpkin carving. She was able to achieve this after {COVER}ing herself in goop! (My son could not stand the smell, look or feel it made him gag! hilarious!)

5. Tree

I don’t think I achieve the Kent Weakley tree, but I tried!  To me, trees are so beautiful and majestic. I love photographing them.
