I used a Creating Keepsakes layout for this!! We had so much on this fall day that I started snapping pictures of my little dude and me. And the journaling covers little tidbits about that day


This is the layout I made for my Mom and her birthday on the third. I used a family photo taken on my brothers homecoming party from his 1 year tour of duty in Iraq.

I got the idea to use my flower punch as the tree from HERE. The overall design is from HERE. So thank you ladies for your wonderful inspiration!

For the layers of grass I crumpled them, sanded and edge distress to add dimension. The tree trunk is edge distressed and embossed as well.
