I used three different glimmer mists on the background. I also edge distressed and inked the background. For the paper strips I crumple some of them to add texture.

Scrapbook LO
My cutie pie is going to be a pirate for Halloween!! And of course when we bought the costume I just had to do a dress rehearsal. He wasnt quite sure about the costume so thats why he gave me some funny looks.
